When we decided to buy an HD TV my husband I do not think we need a new DVD player. I discovered that DVD players, we work, but not play a BlueRay DVD. The new DVD players can download your DVD movies to resemble a BlueRay player, but does not play a movie DVD BlueRay. The best consumer protection guide BlueRay DVD was recorded at $ 299 and that we had for $ 184 on Amazon. BlueRaly It plays DVD movies and regular additions to look like HD. Buy a Super outstandiing BlueRay and DVD player! This is another excellent buy on Amazon.com.

Netflix's reaction to this was to not send netflix on demand to these players since their 6 display limit could not be enforced as all pre 2010 units didn't have a unique ID which could be tracked. Playback of AVCHD on memory cards is a nice touch for anyone with a camera that records in that format. Viera Cast will not access Netflix or Hulu. No firmware upgrade planned to correct per Panasonic press releases. The extra functions such as the Photo Frame and Calendar are cool Add Ons. Definitely reccomend this product for anyone who prefers to watch Hi Dep Movies on the run.
