The picture is very good out of the box, but some suggest turning the lively setting and set it to neutral and then the HDTV tweak to perfection. The colors are amazing and breathtaking. Playing video games with the Xbox 360 or PS3 is just beautiful and Blu-ray movies in 1080p is just jaw drop. There is a reason why Sony's cost more, and the difference in quality is worthPrice difference.

The 46″ Sony Bravia KDL-46V2500 LCD HDTV is a great set just like the smaller 40″ 40V2500. The picture is excellent out of the box but some recommend turning off the vivid setting and set it to neutral and then tweak the HDTV to perfection. The colors are incredible and breathtaking. Playing video games with the Xbox 360 or PS3 is beautiful and watching Blu-Ray movies in 1080p is just jaw dropping. There is a reason why Sonys cost more and the difference in quality is worth the difference in price.

Playback of AVCHD on memory cards is a nice touch for anyone with a camera that records in that format.
